JIGS AND FIXTURES
A jig controls and guides the cutting tool to work at a predefined location on a work piece. Fixtures are used for supporting and locating a work piece. Fixtures do not guide the tool on a work piece like a jig.Offered in the market at the most reasonable rate possible, the offered range of Jigs and Fixture is widely acclaimed and asked for in the market. Manufactured in compliance with the set industry norms and guidelines, its quality never deteriorates.
In addition, the offered range is known to have a superior performance and a commendable service life.In manufacturing operations, it’s important to meet the higher demands of customers. This means producing quality products as fast and efficiently as possible. Jigs and fixtures help make manufacturing processes more efficient and precise.
MOULDS AND DIE TOOL
Dies Tools and moulds are both tools for shaping. Dies are used to shape sheet metal and other metal forms. A typical application is the making of automobile body parts. On the other hand, molds are used in injection molding such as with melted resin or casting molten metal. A mold or mould is a hollowed-out block that is filled with a liquid or pliable material such as plastic, glass, metal, or ceramic raw material. The liquid hardens or sets inside the mold, adopting its shape. A mold is a counterpart to a cast.
A die tools is a specialized machine tool used in manufacturing industries to cut and/or form material to a desired shape or profile. Stamping dies are used with a press, as opposed to drawing dies. With extrusion moulding, hot melted plastic is pressed through a shaped hole to create a lengthy shaped plastic part. This customizable shape that the liquid plastic gets pressed through is called a die. This die is custom made for the particular outcome that is desired.
STAMPING DIE AND SHEET METAL SOLUTIONS
We provide expertise design, development and maintenance solutions for Stamping dies, Sheet metal fabrication, meeting customer requirements. Where the stamping tool, also known as a die, creates the desired shape. The die is pressed into or through the metal with tremendous force. The force used in the process is measured in tons. Except for some specialized processes, sheet metal stamping doesn’t use heat.
We work hard to make ourselves a one-stop manufacturer, and that includes gearing our production floors to handle a wide array of tasks to get your product or part finished in house and on time. The precision metal stamping capabilities and tight tolerances we work with are sure to fit with the specifications of your next project.
AUTOMATION AND SPM SOLUTIONS
Automated System with Custom solutions for Assembly, Testing, Measurement Fixtures and stations with Cable wiring system and PCB assembly. Special Purpose Machines (SPM) is those Machines which are not Available Off the Shelf. These are not together with this in Standard Manufacturing Programs.
Our Special Purpose Machines and automation solutions has multi-faceted applications right across the manufacturing industry. We are included in rendering exceptionally powerful SPM Automation Machine for our customers, the country over.

CNC MACHINING & ASSEMBLIES
CNC machining with CAD/CAM solutions meeting high Accuracy of 0.005mm. 3 Axis Machining. It is a computerized manufacturing process in which pre-programmed software and code controls the movement of production equipment. CNC machining controls a range of complex machinery, such as grinders, lathes, and turning mills, all of which are used to cut, shape, and create different parts.
CNC machine & Assemblies tool includes the spindle drive system, feed drive system, electric control system, lighting system, cooling system, lubricating system and chip system. The spindle drive system and feed drive system are defined as machine tool transmission system. These CNC machined components are available in different material of construction such as stainless steel, mild steel, iron and other allied metals & alloys. Owing to our latest CNC machines, we can provide them in required dimensions, finishes and other specification as required by our clients.
3D PRINTING SOLUTIONS
3D printing is an additive manufacturing process used to create 3D objects. Materials are joined and solidified together to construct a shape of virtually any geometry and is commonly used in education lesson plans, hobbyists, prototyping and proof of concept and end use functional parts.
A wide range of 3D printing technologies and materials are available on the market depending on the application and budget however by far the most common of these technologies is 3D printers most commonly print in PLA or ABS plastic however with use of other technologies, it is also possible to 3D print resin, carbon fiber and metal, though these 3D printers are far less cost effective.
MACHINE TOOL ELEMENTS
A machine tool element is a machine for handling or machining metal or other rigid materials, usually by cutting, boring, grinding, shearing, or other forms of deformations. Machine tools employ some sort of tool that does the cutting or shaping. All machine tools have some means of constraining the work piece and provide a guided movement of the parts of the machine. The basic elements of machining are work-piece, tool and chip. For any cutting action, it is necessary to have relative motion between tool and work piece. Unwanted material is removed from work piece by the cutting action of the tool.
